Terms and conditions.

When sending in your deposit/full balance for your trip, you agree to read and fully understand the contract you are reading and follow the terms and conditions.

TwinsTrain is only responsible for making tour arrangements, including booking accomodations, purchasing tickets to events, booking motorcoach service, and providing a TwinsTrain tour leader for the trip. We are not responsible, held liable for any acts of God, (such as weather) negligence on the behalf of any service provided in the trip documents, death, personal injury, property loss or damage, or any other damages or expenses you incur, including hotel expenses. TwinsTrain is not associated with or a partner of any service provided in the tour. The motorcoaches, hotels, and Major League Baseball Clubs are independent contractors and are not employees of TwinsTrain. As for rain delays, construction delays, or strikes, TwinsTrain has no liability, responsibility or obligation to make a refund for the tour purchased.

Full balances of each party’s transaction are due no later than 21 days prior to trip departure. In the event full balance is not received by this point, you will forfeit your party’s reservation for admission.

If you need to cancel, you must contact us at least 21 days prior to the trip departure date to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 21 days of departure, your full balance will be held until TwinsTrain finds replacements for your party. If no replacements are found, you will not be eligible for a full refund of the transaction. Refunds transferrable for other trips are available upon request.

As for hotels, the traveler is responsible for any expenses or charges at the hotels, such as movies, food, or phone charges, as well for any damages or stolen items. Most hotels require a credit card to be on file in case of any incidentals, it is the travelers responsiblity for this, not TwinsTrain.

TwinsTrain is not responsible for any service or goods not documented in the tour itinerary, such as additional nights in hotels, or meals not included in the tour document. If a meal is included, the travelers will be notified in the trip documents.

TwinsTrain is not liable for any changes made by Major League Baseball, such as schedule changes or strikes.

If a game is rained out or cancelled for any reason, not including a rain delay, TwinsTrain will issue you a voucher for $25 per person, per rained out or cancelled game. The voucher is only good for a future trip with TwinsTrain and is not valid for any other company, such as a hotel or motorcoach. To redeem your voucher in the future, the traveler must send in the original voucher with their deposit, no copies allowed, the $25 will go towards the balance of the trip of their choosing.

TwinsTrain reserves the right to cancel any tour if not enough travelers sign up for a trip, the traveler will get a full refund.

This is a binding agreement between TwinsTrain and the Travelers of any trip listed on the website. Travelers hereby agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of your agreement.
